Inspired by the coastline of Bái Tử Long Bay, V3J09 is made for travelling together — a place where a whole family or group of friends gathers by the water's edge, with room enough for everyone to breathe and calm enough to soften the whole trip. Amid its sandy tones, soft ivory, and ocean light, all you have to do is slow down, breathe deeply, and let the sea set the pace.
The Living Room
Step into V3J09 and the living space opens around you — the kitchen, the long dining table, and a deep, easy couch share one bright room rather than three separate ones. It's built for the in-between hours: lazy breakfasts that stretch, meals that turn into conversation, afternoons that go nowhere in particular. Sunlight moves across it all day, and cool air keeps it comfortable no matter the season — so wherever the group drifts, they drift together.
Bedrooms
Four private bedrooms — three with a king-size bed and one with two queen-size beds — and three bathrooms give V3J09 the space to host families and groups of friends in comfort. Every room carries the villa's coastal signature: soft ivory, sandy neutrals, and natural textures drawn from the sea.
V3J09's garden is the smaller of the two, but it holds the villa's strongest card — the sea lies just a few steps past the greenery. A wooden table sits out in the open for unhurried meals and gatherings, close enough that the salt air and the sound of the water become part of every evening here.
The Garden
Raised just above the shoreline, V3J09's wood-panelled balcony catches the sea breeze coming in off Bái Tử Long — a large wooden table set where the air is coolest and the water stretches out in full view. It's the villa's open-air perch: somewhere the group drifts up to for the breeze, the light, and the long uninterrupted line of the bay.
